Chris Brooks has been a part of the Croaker's Spot family since 2001, joining the team shortly after the restaurant made its debut. His previous culinary experience paired with his intuitive knack for building interesting flavors, made his transition to the seafood restaurant turned Richmond institution easy. Understanding that food feeds both the body and the soul, Mr. Brooks has always viewed cooking as a way to connect. A way for people to connect to one another as well as their environment. From music to spices, cooking for Mr. Brooks is about creating authentic expressions and lasting memories through taste. For 15 years he's been an integral part of the foundation of Croaker's Spot helping to craft some of their most celebrated recipes such as their Hot Buttered Soul and award-winning Seafood Chili. He continues to be a dedicated part of the expanding team and looks forward to growing with the Croaker's Spot brand.
