Chef Edwards leads the Salamander team as Harriman’s Chef de Cuisine. With a breadth of experiences, he finds inspiration in seasonal ingredients, regional sourcing and global flavor influences. Classically trained in culinary arts from Johnson and Wales University in Charleston, SC, Chef Edwards sharpened his skills abroad with Three Michelin Star winning restaurants El Bulli and El Raco de Can Fabes in Spain before returning to the DC area at Maestro Restaurant, owned and operated by acclaimed New York restaurant group, Fiama Restaurant. Chef Edwards and his team have played an integral part to building Salamander Resort & Spa’s notoriety as a premiere dining destination.
