Kelly Walker

Kelly Walker is an amateur chemist, a teacher, and Master Chocolatier, trained by her grandmother more than 18 years ago. Her family has been in the candy-making business for five generations! Their specialties include truffles, caramels, liquor cordials, and handmade marshmallows (just like Walker's great uncle made for Wunderlee's Candy Company in the early 1900s). They also make and bottle their own chocolate balsamic vinegar and salted caramel sauce, as well as offer exciting classes in the science behind chocolate.
