Nicole Lang moved to Richmond from NYC in 2010. Since then she has been a bakery owner, a cheesemonger, a freelance food writer and a filmmaker. Nicole has contributed to the Southern Foodways Alliance, Richmond Magazine, Richmond Grid and currently writes for Richmond.com. A self-described RVA cheerleader, she was a guest on Heritage Radio Network's Hot Grease program to talk about Richmond's growing food scene. Nicole manages events at Secco Wine Bar. Together with partner Christophile Konstas, she co-founded Pared Pictures where they make movies about food and people. She is a pimento cheese enthusiast.
