Patrick Carr was born and raised in Richmond, VA. He learned his skills from his older, Executive Chef, brother. Patrick went on to become a Sous Chef under Brian Coates at Groovin’ Gourmets. He says, “Professional experience is only part of the picture.” Patrick turned his home kitchen into something of a test kitchen. It was there where he plowed through as many recipe books as he could get his hands on.
Patrick loves cooking for his wife, Ashleigh. She is his biggest inspiration.
Since coming to Ellwood’s his favorite part of the job is nourishing and educating customers face to face. Patrick says, “ I really get the change to help people be as happy and healthy as they can be.”
Patrick has been Ellwood’s Executive Chef for 2 years.
