Peter Dale

Chef Peter Dale was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. After apprenticing with Hugh Acheson at Five and Ten and holding an internship at La Broche in Madrid, Spain, Peter and Hugh opened The National in downtown Athens in 2007. In 2014, Peter opened Seabear Oyster Bar in the Bottleworks and Condor Chocolates in Five Points.
